Delivery Times

Delivery time will depend on the items selected and availability of the items. We process orders every business day and can normally guarantee delivery within 7-10 business days. Specified items may require delivery by truck. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton.

Royal Mail or Parcel Force shipping are used for all orders. Shipping is available worldwide. Costs are calculated at standard weight and location.

Returns

We gladly accept returns but please note:

1. You must first contact us to tell us reason for return
2. Items must be unused and in saleable condition
3. Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item

Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any items, which qualified for free delivery/shipping, or any other offer are void and will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded minus the actual shipping and handling charges.

Send an email with 'RETURN' to with your order number and reason for return, and we will email you shipping instructions. All returns will be charged a 20% of returned item price.

If you have received a product that is defective, please email 'SUPPORT' at with your order number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and we will reply with instructions on how to receive a replacement product.

Backorders

Any item that is temporarily out of stock can be placed on backorder. Most products are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. However, if we cannot ship your order we will notify you via email of any delays and give a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment.
